Appointments 
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in LaVergne , TN so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. Emergency appointments can be made same day, in between patients (Monday thru Thursday). Most cases can be accomodated within 10 days. We also schedule cleaning appointments in 4-6 weeks. 

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Arvind K. Patel, DDS does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash, credit cards, and Care Credit. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Accepted Insurance Carriers
We accept most major fee for service insurances including Delta Dental, Principal, Dental Wellness Partners,and Metlife. If you have a PPO plan not listed above, please call your insurance company to verify if we are listed as a provider.

Payment will be due at time of service with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee, however we will gladly file your claims so they can reimburse you.
